How we make New England’s
best Lobster Roll!

We start with a perfectly grilled torpedo roll, and then add the best 100% Maine Lobster. You can have it either hot or cold! Our Cold lobster roll is grilled and chilled lobster, lightly mixed with fresh mayo, on a bed of crisp lettuce. For our Hot version of this masterpiece we grill the meat and baste it with drawn butter. Of course, all of our rolls are made fresh to order, so feel free to tweak it and make it your own!
